Managing the Playing Field

Dealing with the pressures and influences from our environment
Manage your Playing Field
Social norms, external standards to live up too, expectations, internalized lessons of right and wrong, and ways to be. Our environment (Playing Field) brings forth many different challenges that often not only take a toll on our mental health, and well-being but can also make it more difficult for us to navigate our own happiness and life path. Ultimately, we all desire to create our life in a way that we feel fully free to be ourselves

In this workshop, you'll gain personalized insights and develop practical tools and approaches on how you stay focused on yourself and let the world be the world. Find what works for you and strengthen yourself against undesired pressures, standards and expectations from society, parents, culture, friends, and media so that you feel equipped to create the life you want regardless of the pressures that come your way.

We might not be able to change the fact that these influences are there, but we do have a choice on how we deal with them. Cherish the influences that help you to become better at being yourself, and manage the ones that don't.

Together with people from all over the world, you'll share experiences and develop personalized approaches so that you can keep doing what brings you joy and move through the challenges that life throws at you with confidence.
We are focused on peer-to-peer solutions. No big name theory or leadership. Just open, honest, and constructive dialogue with people from all over the world around important topics and how you can do better at being yourself. You are the expert of your life. Learn from each other's impactful experiences and stories, get inspired, and develop new approaches for your life story.
