Are you in the middle of a big life decision and do you want to make the decision-making easier?
In this course, you'll develop practical decision-making tools so that you can be more confident in your decisions and create life by your own design.
We will discover together that life is one big personal and professional learning cycle of choosing -> experiencing -> reflecting -> choosing again, and that wrong choices often exist nowhere except in your mind. How can we worry less and do more? After all, you often don't know if something fits you until you try out and experience it.

Meet your trainers
Rowena, Dutch and living in St. Barts
In 2017, Rowena co-led the research phase, which led to the creation of GYL and its workshops. Rowena is one of the lead facilitators at GYL, since its founding in 2019. She trained young people at more than 20 institutions in 8 countries. Rowena's favorite topic is how to navigate the different environments we find ourselves in throughout life. Rowena is also the lead teacher-trainer at Global Young Leaders for new and incoming workshop facilitators.
Christiaan, Dutch and living in St. Barts
Christiaan is the co-founder of Global Young Leaders. He has over 7 years of experience in coaching and has trained over 4800 participants from more than 75 countries at more than 40 schools, universities and companies in developing life-skills so that they can create life by their own design. All of GYL's programs are developed by Christiaan.
