Your mind is constantly active. Producing thoughts, feelings, decision — often faster than you can keep up with. And not all of them are working in your favour.

Are you happy with the thoughts that occupy your mind?

In this workshop, you'll discover that you are not your thoughts — and that you can decide which ones stay and which ones go. Instead of fighting or distracting your mind, you'll develop practical tools to work with it — to guide out negative thoughts, and strengthen the ones that actually serve you.

So that you can feel more mentally and emotionally centred as you navigate all your important life experiences.

What people say
  • Courtney Merhab
    Business manager
“I have taken around 6 talent development courses, and this was better than any talent development course.”
  • Mariella Luce
    Lawyer
"The tools that I've learned throughout this course will help me to create life by my own design, more than any other course in my educational path. Every step that I will take from now on will be intuitive and authentic. At the end of the day, I am the painter, and life is my canvas!"
  • Leusa
    Master student
"GYL opened by eyes on many things. A major eye opener for me was the mindset session, I learnt to think in a way that all events are neutral, and that we, individuals, are the ones that add meaning to these events, which gave me so much control over my own life events. Once you realize this, and GYL helps you come to this realization, life really is created by your own design. I have so much more to say…I absolutely loved it."
Who is Global Young Leaders?
Global Young Leaders is an international organization based in Saint Barthélemy that equips young people with life skills so that they can become their own coach, navigate their important decisions, experiences, and challenges with resilience and empowerment, and are able to create life by their own design.

Our workshops and programs focus on key life topics such as decision-making, mindset, navigating change, managing external influences, developing a strong internal compass, and real-world challenges.

Since our initial research on life-skills with international groups of young people (2019), we have worked with over 4800 young people at more than 43 schools, universities and organizations.
