You don't live in a vacuum. Every day, you move through a dynamic field of influences — family expectations, social media algorithms, news cycles, cultural norms, the opinions of people around you — each one shaping the choices you make.

Most of us never stop to ask: am I playing this field, or is it playing me?

In this workshop, you'll map out the players in your own personal playing field and develop practical tools to navigate them with more clarity and intention. Whether it's the pull of your phone, the weight of other people's opinions, or the stress of trying to control what you simply can't — you'll learn to navigate with your environment on your own terms.

Because the playing field isn't going anywhere. But how you move through it is up to you.
